  • Tequila, beer, salt and lemon.
  • Paprika caramel stuffed with chistorra sausage mousse.
  • Aromatic salmorejo (gazpacho-type soup typical of Cordoba) with arbequina olives, Dublin Bay prawn and nitre strawberries.
  • Low temperature egg, peas in the pod, bread crusts and mint.
  • Raw baby squid cooked with three varieties of onion, toasted garlic and black potato.
  • On a cauliflower cream, baked sea bass covered with “burnt paper” and breadcrumbs with bacon.
  • On an iodized and vine shoot bed, lightly cooked pork loin cooked at controlled temperature.
  • Jar of worms.
  • Beer + chocolate = coffee
  • By way of entertainment, pacharán sloe brandy and Layana biscuits with different aromas, aniseed-flavoured, high roast, fruit and cinnamon.
