Paloma Torre, Head of Environmental Science at the Public University of Navarra, revealed the world of vegetable tasting and sensorial analysis to those attending. She described the types of judges and tasters normally employed and encouraged all those interested to get in touch with the department to form part of one of the recruitment groups regularly organised at the University.
