Diversity of flavours and textures of vegetables in tapas

The chef from Restaurante Don Pablo, Teresa Gil, showed the Baluarte that there is a fun side to vegetables, showing those attending different miniatures made with vegetables. “They are small aperitifs”, she said, “but very important at our restaurant”.

Teresa Gil wished to go a step further and, before the attentive gaze of onlookers, showed how a brownie can be stuffed with cod and that desserts are not beyond the reach of vegetables.
