Vive las verduras

The Baluarte Conference Centre will be hosting the first "Vive las verduras" Congress: architecture which brings together to the cultural project of integrating the root of life – vegetables - into haute cuisine.

The BALUARTE Conference Centre and Auditorium of Navarra, built by the Regional Government of Navarra, is a large area capable of hosting all types of cultural and business events. It is one of the largest of its kind in Spain, with a total surface area of 63,000 m2 including a two-storey underground car park. BALUARTE is a building designed by the Navarrese architect, Patxi Mangado.
