Vive las verduras

The Second Vive las Verduras International Congress was held in Pamplona from 12 to 14 May 2007. For the second year in a row, the event has become a meeting point for gastronomy, technology, the agri-food sector and society in general; and an international benchmark for vegetables.

Thus, the conference has become consolidated as a key driver of a movement among stakeholders to foster a healthy, productive and innovative culture, where the values of vegetables are fostered and where science, industry and gastronomy fuse together using the latest technologies vacuum cooking, molecular gastronomy, high pressures...

With this conference, our Region, which pioneered renewable energies and which has earned widespread recognition for the excellence of its vegetables, confirms its commitment to transmit a green, healthy, gastronomic awareness.
