Vive las verduras

The 2nd Vive las Verduras International Congress will be attended by over fifty restaurateurs of national and international renown from different European countries (France, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Holland, Denmark and Spain), the United States, China and Japan. The list of speakers also includes fifteen Navarrese chefs.

The Programme features fourteen talks a day that will explore the use of vegetables as basic ingredients of modern cuisine.
