Vive las verduras

The Baluarte Conference Centre was again the venue chosen for the second Vive las Verduras Congress. The building’s architecture is perfectly in tune with the cultural project of integrating the root of life, vegetables and haute cuisine.

The BALUARTE Navarre Conference Centre and Auditorium was built by the Government of Navarre. It is a large space that can host all sorts of cultural and trade events. It is one of the largest venues in Spain, with a total surface area of 63,000 m2, including two underground parking levels. The BALUARTE was designed by the Navarrese architect Patxi Mangado.
