NAVARRA GOURMET, an international event which unites resources and knowledge, innovation and experience, has, in its third year, become one of the main gastronomic reference points of the year.
More than 22,000 people took part in the International Congress Navarra Gourmet–Live Vegetables and the full range of activities laid on in Tudela and Pamplona.
With the organisation of this large-scale, wide-ranging, total event, Navarra has demonstrated a perfect example of collaboration between organisations and professionals, companies and suppliers, who have all worked towards the final objective of attaining the best possible position for Navarrese vegetables and products in international markets.

The Frenchman, Michel Bras, one of the most influential chefs of recent years, was awarded the third Navarra Gourmet Prize.
The Gold Medals awarded to the best-prepared national dish and to the best wine from Navarre will be handed over on Tuesday 19th May, for the third consecutive year, by Ciudad Agroalimentaria of Tudela.
This exhibition, which has been held in Pamplona for twenty years, brought its dates forward this year to form part of this ambitious project. Some 12,000 professionals and guests attended.
Léa Linster, the "star" chef of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and the only woman to have won the prestigious Bocuse d'Or, was acknowledged as chef of the year by the Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Directors of Navarra (AMEDNA) at the EVA Awards, held in Pamplona on the 20th of May.
