NAVARRA GOURMET

Koldo Rodero: It is at times of uncertainty when we have to join forces to obtain positive results. This is the objective of NAVARRA GOURMET. It brings together the most representative gastronomic events in the region to put on the largest ever gastronomic congress held to date in Navarre, and one of the three biggest in Spain.
This is what drives us, and we would like to share our enthusiasm with anyone who is linked to the exciting world of gastronomy, health and knowledge.

Rafael García Santos: For the third year in succession we will come together in Pamplona to pay tribute to both fresh and processed products, either by chefs or by the food sector. It will be a symbiosis of local and universal identity in which a selection of top chefs from Navarre and other countries will reveal their latest creations. More interactive sessions: a philosophy that will be seen in a number of wine and food tastings. After the great success of the 'Túnel del Pincho' ('Tapas Tunnel'), two other initiatives are set in motion this time: Historical Recipes and the 'Gold Prize' of the Agrifood Complex of Tudela for the 15 best Navarrese products. The objective is to present the best products to professionals and the public at reasonable prices in a festive atmosphere.
